Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required, you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact USPS or FedEx and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued.
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it – We would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient’s address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person – e.g. “left under table on back porch.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order. You can use the tracking number to locate your package.
Please be aware that once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare but relevant.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received.

Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size. We do not offer size exchanges.
